Borrower's Checklist


Please supply all of the items below that apply
to you and / or your partner.

Income Items:

  • Recent paystubs from your employer showing year-to-date earnings and pay period.
  • Name and mailing address of prior employer (if at current employer for less than 2 years).
  • Signed and dated copies of your Federal Tax Returns (include all schedules)
    for the previous two years.
  • Year-to date Profit and Loss Statements signed by you and your Account
    (self-emlopyed borrowers only).
  • W-2 forms for the previous two years to match your Federal Tax Returns.
  • Corporate/Partnership Tax Returns with the original signature & Partnership Agreements.
  • Rental/Lease Agreements.
  • Copy of Notes due to you.
  • Verification of Investment Accounts and Retirement Statements (401K, IRA, etc.)
  • Divorce Decree
  • Separation Papers
  • Copy of bankruptcy petition, discharge and a written explanation.
  • Three months bank statements on all accounts.

Credit Items:

  • Name and address of all present mortgage holders or land contract holders (1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. positions).
  • Name and address of Landlord and 12 month rental payment history. Rental payment receipts and or copies of canceled checks providing payments are acceptable.
  • Copy of original Purchase contract or Escrow papers.
  • Closing Statement from sale of present property.
  • Gift Letter - Must include amount, relationship of donor, no repayment required and verification from the donor of the ability to gift those funds.
  • Construction/Permanent Loan - Signed construction contract with cost breakdown, builder plans and paid receipts.
  • Name of Listing and Selling Agent
  • Name, address and telephone number of Insurance Agent
  • Copy of Valid Photo I.D., ie. Drivers License, Passport, Alien Status Card, etc.
  • Name, address and telephone number of Homeowners Association (if property is a Condominium or PUD).
  • Please do not make any purchases (i.e. a car, furniture on credit) that may increase your debt, or apply for any credit cards during your transaction. Both may effect your credit score.
